Congratulations to Janet Jedlicka who has been named chair of occupational therapy at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at UND!

We are looking to change the format of our meetings and events slightly. We are looking to have a fewer formal events, such as the Alumnae Pine Party in the winter, a Pansy Event (possibly a picnic at University Park in the spring), and at least one philanthropic event each year.

For our other events we are looking for some alumnae who would like to head up a special interest group, which would plan it's own activities around it's area of interest. Some examples of these from other alumnae chapters are:

Young Alum Group
Delta's with Preschoolers
The Lunch Bunch
Delta Crops (Scrapbooking)

A Note on Events and the Evite system
If you have filled out your email address on the information/dues form you recieved with your summer newsletter you will be added to the Evite list for Alumnae Chapter events.

To ensure that your Evite Invitations are not filtered into your junk/bulk folder, add info@evite.com to your Contact Manager. For Hotmail and MSN users, you can also add evite.com to your Safe List.

If you do not wish to receive Evite invitations please indicate this on the form, or email heathers@undalumni.org and ask to be removed from the list.

All events will still be posted on the web and if you are not on the Evite list and are planning to come to an event, kindly drop an RSVP email to heathers@undalumni.org to help us get a better idea of how many people will be attending.
